Auction 2003

Three Wise Men ?

Yea and it came to be the time of the year when the Comox Rotary Club had spent all its money on water projects and helping those in need in foreign climes and the word

came down from the exalted one-

"Let there be an auction"

and three magi came from the east part of Comx bearing great treasure for that self same auction.

First among them was Albert with his gift of

goldish art which the alchemist created himself.

Second was the renowned wizard of watercolour named Joe Smith from the Bay of Union, who donated two prints of original Comox scenes.

Third was the amazing Gwyne, who donated frankincense and myrrh and some other smelly stuff in a spa package. To see what else is in the auction turn to page 2.

The Club Auction is taking place on November 20th, so this is a good time to start thinking about what you are going to contribute and putting together your syndicates to go after some of the bigger items.
